Breath-Movement Sync: Each inhale expands the body, each exhale contracts it, linking breath (pranayama) to movement (asana).
Sequence: A cyclical flow from standing (Tadasana) to forward fold (Uttanasana), halfway lift (Ardha Uttanasana), plank, Chaturanga (or knees-chest-chin), Upward Dog (Urdhva Mukha Svanasana), Downward Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana), and back through variations to standing.

Basic Steps (Simplified)
Mountain Pose (Tadasana): Stand tall, feet together.
Inhale, Upward Salute (Urdhva Hastasana): Arms sweep overhead.
Exhale, Forward Fold (Uttanasana): Hinge at hips, fold forward.
Inhale, Half Lift (Ardha Uttanasana): Flat back, hands to shins/floor.
Exhale, Plank/Chaturanga: Step back to plank, lower body.
Inhale, Upward Dog: Chest lifts, hips down (or Cobra).
Exhale, Downward Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana): Hips up, inverted V.
Inhale, Step Right Foot Forward: Back to low lunge.
Exhale, Step Left Foot Forward: Back to Forward Fold.
Inhale, Mountain Pose: Rise up with arms overhead.
Exhale, Mountain Pose: Hands to heart center. (Repeat on other side).
